Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (new releases, sales, events), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours  for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues

The Velvet Rose Bookshop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service or carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage item and packaging

We will review the issue and reach back out within 48 hours with our decision.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addressed provided by the customer.
